- It's okay for things to take time. Things must start at least and then great things take time, it's very rare that you become an overnight sensation. (which is, in fact, a great song by BORNS)

- Express yourself. Don't get scared and do nothing, just do a little at a time.

- It's okay to find comfort in the uncomfortable. There is always a way to breathe and say this is okay, I am still alive. Maybe that's what yoga and meditation are, I don't know maybe I should do that more.

- You don't owe anyone anything. It is vital for humanity to be a loving and good person, but you don't owe things to other people that you cannot afford yourself. It is okay to say I must be good to myself before I am good to you, you are not allowed to expect things of me that I am unable to offer you right now. It's okay to say no. It's okay to back down. It's okay to be alone.

- Just because there isn't a picture or video of it shown to the public doesn't mean that it didn't happen and that it's not worth anything. Documentation is beautiful, so long as it's for the right reasons.

- It's okay..... to want more.

I am no wise poet. But sometimes obvious things must be repeated until they are properly practiced in my humble opinion.

Vitamin C adult gummies are the new best thing I swear.

My point is, I think that everyone has a way of expressing themselves. Whether through numbers or the way they walk down the street, the way they arrange their words, the way they manipulate a photo, the way they distort a painting, how a series of notes and sounds are placed together.

I once took a writing class, and this guy was explaining action scenes. He was really into old films with samurais and ninja's, that sort of thing.

He said that one day he was watching this film and it had all sorts of explosions and bursts. People get really excited when they see this big sort of event happen in a film even if it's mainly CGI. But in this film particularly he couldn't figure out why these booms weren't affecting him as usual and getting him all excited. He then said that he realized that these sort of scenes with big visual effects, they mean nothing if there is not some sort of emotional aspect tied to it.

If that big loud bang doesn't affect anyone somehow than it won't affect the audience.

Whatever it is your doing, how stupid or over the top it seems, so long as there is a foundation of emotion that is tied to it, it will mean something to someone.

There is a scene in the movie "42" where Jackie Robinson had taken enough of racism and persecution, he went downstairs and slammed his bat into the wall so hard that it shattered into pieces while letting out a violent wail.

While the cinematography of the wood chips flying in all directions was visually pleasing and aesthetic, it was so much more intriguing because of what that manic act meant.

I hope that made some dosage of sense, may we all avoid Mononucleosis.

is it bad to be happy?

The happiest country in the world according to statistics, is Finland. Not Canada, Finland. It seems as if in today's culture and society...
